Bundchen, who finalized her divorce from the NFL quarterback just two weeks ago, has been spotted out and about with her Jiu-Jitsu instructor, Joaquim Valente, Page 6 reveals. The two were most recently seen dining in Provincia de Puntarenas with Bunchen and Brady's two children, Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9. Valente is the co-owner of The Valente Brothers gym in Miami, which is where Bundchen recently bought a house -- right across the street from a home Brady is having built. Should Bundchen be involving her two kids in her new relationship so soon after getting divorced? Is it a good idea for the former couple to live right across the street from each other?
