Hope you had an awesome 4th of July!

We had a little get together at the pool. We made these super cute Jello shots and everyone loved them. So if you ever need a cute crowd pleaser.... highly recommend these + the watermelon feta salad (recipes below)!

Pool Party Jello Shots:

Blue Jello –  Any blue jello will work... we used the Sonic Ocean Water and it was perfect. 

Vodka – 1 1/2 cups Tito's Vodka.... Austin represent!  But use whatever Vodka you want.

Water – 1 1/2 cups Boiling water  

Teddy Grahams and Peach Rings – Cutest part of the whole thing... don't skip this part! :)

This super yummy Watermelon Feta Salad! So good!

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil

2 tbsp. red wine vinegar

1/2 tsp. kosher salt

3 c. cubed seedless watermelon

1 c. medium cucumber, chopped

1 c. crumbled feta

1/2 c. red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 c. coarsely chopped mint, plus more for garish

Flaky sea salt, for garnish (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, and salt. 
2. In a large serving bowl, combine watermelon, cucumber, feta, red onion, and mint. Add dressing and toss to coat.
3. Garnish with more mint and flaky sea salt if desired.
